ZZZAHARA - Sugar Gay (Official Music Video) directed by Eyedress

ZZZAHARA is songwriter, multi - instrumentalist, and producer from Highland Park. She is heavily influenced by hip hop / rap, punk, garage - rock, and 80’s synth rock. As a teenager, she attended a myriad of back yard punk shows and played in a garage - punk band. Thus influencing her to create fast - paced tunes fused with her love for hip hop / rap and 80’s synth rock. She describes her music as being “accidentally dark or a satirical romantic comedy.” 

ZZZAHARA has her B.S. in Communication Disorders and completed half of her M.A. before being discovered by EYEDRESS in January 2019. She plays as a guitarist for EYEDRESS and has a music project with him, named the Simps. ZZZAHARA also has a hip hop / rap alias, LIL BOBA.
