ZZYZX????

If anyone has ever driven out to Vegas on the 15 you have driven by Zzyzx road and probably have just written it off as as weird name for a road. A month or so ago I was riding dirtbikes with some friends in the middle of the mojave and randomly came up on an abandoned resort oasis that had been active in the 40’s all the way up till the 70’s. The spot is called Zzyzx Mineral Springs and Health Resort. Super good read on the whole thing here: abandoned but not forgotten / digital desert

Took a few photos of this place but if you are ever rolling to vegas on the 15, pull off and check it, weird stuff for sure happened here back in the day.
