VHILS 'ANNIHILATION' SHOW OPENING RECAP

Last night was the opening reception for “ANNIHILATION”, the first Los Angeles solo show for artist Vhils (Alexandre Farto). Vhils, who hails from Portugal, creates incredible images from chiseling and other techniques playing with texture. You probably remember Shepard Fairey collaborating with Vhils on a mural in Lisbon July of last year. They also completed another collaborative mural earlier this week in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, entitled “American Dreamers”.

Vhils “ANNIHILATION” show is now on view at the Over the Influence Gallery in Downtown Los Angeles. The show runs until April 1st, don’t miss it.
