 When: June 6th, 2015

Where: Pasadena, Ca
One of the many highlights of living in LA during the summer is the all-day FREE music extravaganza called Make Music Pasadena. Past acts have included Grimes, Warpaint, The Growlers, and Grouplove just to name a few. This marathon of a festival is perfect for music lovers of every genre — from those looking to discover new favorite bands to those who are itching to see their favorite big-name act.. all without paying one cent. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t like free things? I know I do. Free live music performed by some of my favorite artists, there is no way I will miss out.
Twelve hours of unparalleled musical programming showcase almost every genre including indie and alternative rock, world, folk, Latin, funk, jazz, and classical, among others. Pasadena’s largest summer event hosts performances in parks, alleys, churches, libraries, museums, rooftops, and other improvised public spaces. Highlighting the Old Pasadena and Playhouse Districts, this event invites you to walk and explore the hundreds of area restaurants and boutiques. The Pasadena ARTS buses that link the main stages run free all day, as well as hosting live music on board.

The final Make Music Pasadena lineup will total more than 150 bands, featuring an eclectic mix of diverse music, including seasoned performers and emerging homegrown talent, coming together for one day to celebrate the spirit of music. With over 50,000 music fans are expected to attend this year, this event is sure to be a memorable experience.
