Submission Guidelines:
• All photographs must be original, taken by or of the contestant submitting the photo.
• Photos do not have to contain an OBEY product, but it will not hurt your chances of winning.
• Get creative and upload all photos to Instagram, winners must be following @obeyclothing and @obeywomens on Instagram.
Instagram Contest Rules & Regulations

The Photo Challenge starts on October 10, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET’) and ends on October 24, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET (Contest Period).
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of May 28, 2015. Employees of OBEY Clothing or their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, produce a photo as described with hashtag #CovertToOvertContest. All Entries must be received by October 24, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be considered. Limit one (1) complete Entry per person using only one (1) Instagram account throughout the Contest Period. Entries received in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.
Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation , name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth here in.
By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the Entry to be posted on instagram.com/obeyclothing or other websites.
WINNERS SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 24, 2015 to select potential winners from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Potential winners may be notified by Instagram, then directed to Email for contact/mailing information.
