RETURN POLICY: 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30days
  • Return form must be included
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
  • Obey Clothing does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to service@obeyclothing.com before sending the item back.
  • Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.
  • You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 

 

 

EXCHANGES: 

Please note that we are only able  to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.

  • Complete return request on the Returns section of our HELP page
    • Enter your original order number and click “agree”
    • Select items you would like to return and enter the items size or color you would like in exchange and then click “next”
    • Check your return form for accuracy and then click “next”
    • Print form and Return Shipping Label
  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package
  • Affix prepaid shipping label to package
  • Drop off your package to your nearest UPS location or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)
  • Please keep bottom tracking portion of the label for your records and tracking
  • PLEASE NOTE: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card and you will be notified via email.

PRE-PAID RETURN PROCESSING:
