Last week I took a quick trip to NYC to do a press preview for our summer 10 line, it was a bit chilly compared to our warm fall southern california weather but ate good food, saw lots of editors and was overall a fun time.
We stayed at the ACE, a young hipster hotel which you might remember Stella stayed at the one in Palm Springs. The hotel was a mix of modern with vintage with unique hotel amenities and services such as turntables and vinyl, Smeg refrigerators, Rudy's Barbershop and The Breslin restaurant . My favorite hotel amenity by far was Stumptown Coffee, an independent coffee roaster based in Portland, Oregon (also the origin of the ACE hotels) whose owners have spent lots of time visiting coffee farms in person and pay high prices for coffee they deem worthy -- occasionally three or four times fair trade prices, they've once set the record for highest price ever paid for coffee beans and definitely shows since it's hands down the best coffee I've ever had...
I also met up with Nick our east coast rep and one of our favorite NYC accounts Dave from BLADES.

My main man and Dance Right partner Matt Goldman has a sweet little web store up. If you head over there you might find some "special" items that some times sell out very quickly. Also, check out Matt's new prints that he just premiered at a show with Tim Biskup last week. His stuff is better than watching a unicorn jump over a rainbow while listening to Free Bird.

Hi.
Just letting you know, we've put up a new Feature, Video and Web Exclusive tee for Low End Theory Los Angeles. I'm quite proud of this because it's my first "in-house" feature (finally, right Pubes?) and I got to work on the damn thing with close friends that I've been doing music with since grade school. I'm glad to see everybody doing well and "creepin' on a come up!", so thanks for reading! Below are the links to view within our site:
Also, if you're in Tokyo for Friday the 13th... The LET Japan tour starts!

And of course, every Wednesday in Los Angeles

Ohh, and if you didn't catch any of the Low End podcasts...
